Overview
I illustrate customer experience stories that showcase the potential of Adobe's digital experience products across a wide range of brands. Each story is based off of customer conversations and research, and place an emphasis on an enhanced customer experience every time!
Skills
I have learnt so much within both a creative and technical scope; I have definitely developed the skillset I started this internship with! Creative skills such as digital design and UX/UI have significantly progressed. I have also learnt a greater depth of how the technology sector works regarding software sales and consumer trends.
Responsibilities
Yes, and as my confidence and understanding of my role have grown, the opportunities have grown in parallel too which is amazing to see. To put this into scale, I initially started with contributing more to the planning of customer journeys, to presenting entire journeys that I built back to customers!
Support & Guidance
I have been supported since the very first day. Not only did I have a great team, manager and buddy, I have also had great mentorship from colleagues who I have reached out to, outside of my team.
Culture
Adobe has great, positive energy and the people are true enthusiasts of their work. Everyone I have met at Adobe have been highly supportive of young professionals in the coporate world, and always keen to help find opportunities, projects or events to get involved in.
Your Impressions
Overall, I have had a fantastic time at Adobe. Within the heart of the technology sector, Adobe offers so many great opportunities to learn and build early careers for the real world (post grad). My role aligns with my interests perfectly, I have never had a boring day and my career development has been amazing! One of the best companies for placements.
