The Role
The firm has a very good culture. Everybody is very friendly, welcoming and it is very much an open door policy.
Really good balance of talks and office work and the work I got was intresting.
I don't really think you can be given that much responsbilty, but you don't get a lot at a trainee either, as everything always needs to be checked - which I think is a good thing.
The Company
Very friendly and nice atmosphere. People have a chat even though they are very busy.
Given an iterinary at the start of the 2 weeks and followed it and all round very smoothly.
The talks we had, made it feel that we had already been given a job as they invest a lot of peoples time to talk to you about a lot of areas of the firm.
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
Really want a job with them, but don't know if i have yet.
The Culture
Had some good evenings out and had a great group of people.
London is obviously expensive but you are paid an appropriate amount to account for this.
