Overview
During my internship, I undertook a diverse range of tasks and engaged in extensive cross-functional collaboration. My responsibilities included supporting marketing campaigns, new product launches, and digital initiatives. This involved innovating ideas, storyboarding, asset creation, and copywriting for both online and offline channels. Additionally, I conducted comprehensive brand, customer, and market analyses, which included store visits, data analytics and presented key insights to the wider team. Furthermore, I managed the end-to-end process of packaging artwork, ensuring localisation for the UKI markets. This required liaising with legal and scientific teams for compliance, working with design agencies, and coordinating with other countries when necessary.
Skills
Working in a dynamic, fast-paced brand within the demanding skincare industry has significantly enhanced my organisation and time-management skills. I have become adept at working under tight deadlines, effectively planning my time, handling multiple projects, bending and not breaking under pressure. Managing over 100 skincare renovation artworks and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders has boosted my project management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns has sharpened my innovative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to make well-informed, data-driven decisions.
