  • The learning and development opportunities in role across this team have been fantastic. Not only do you acquire a deep understanding of how sustainability is integrated and all aspects to ESG, you also are provided countless opportunities to develop soft skills in areas such as presenting and data analysis.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • You are provided significant responsibility and autonomy on some projects which is a fantastic opportunity to work on very exciting developments. However you are supported by the team and your line manager at every step, you will also perform a supporting role on some larger projects which is a great chance to learn from the experts on the team.

  • Constant support and guidance/coaching from your line manager and the wider team, everyone is extremely helpful and supportive and keen to help you get what you want out of the placement. The culture is fantastic.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Company culture is very positive and value-driven in general. The culture of the ESP Team is by far the best I have experienced and is highly regarded within the company, a great work-life balance and the opportunity to work on some cutting edge projects.

  • I could not think of a better opportunity to start my career, the team were fantastic and some of the best people I have ever worked with. Extremely supportive and inspirational and absolute experts in their field.
