Overview
attend meetings, work on sustainability tasks and work on AutoCAD for upcoming models of jaguar to verify the part and joint counts
Skills
I learnt how to use AutoCAD, communicate effectively and work on time and project management.
Responsibilities
I was given some responsibility but not as much as i hoped for. I would have liked to have more responsibilities and work to really get know familiar with the industry specific knowledge.
Support & Guidance
The early careers team were really helpful when it came for helping me through any problem, however my home team could have given me a lot more guidance and support for my development.
Culture
The company culture is very much hybrid work, I worked from home a lot and this may be a shock as well as slightly bad for some young entering the company. However the Gaydon office is a very friendly and happy atmosphere, it's basically heaven.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the placement, had loads of fun, learnt a lot made some good friends. Would recommend.
