Kaizen, excel, power BI, leadership, time management
Responsibilities
Yes a significant amount of responsibility, for the most of the placement you are treated as indifferently as a student than anyone else with experience would be. This comes with its costs and benefits and responsibility is definitely attributed to this, however this can vary by function.
Support & Guidance
The first gen team are offering great amounts of support for students and this seems to be growing. Internal teams where you may be placed, however, vary drastically and you can either have great support/guidance or none at all.
Culture
Very fun company, lots of activities on offer throughout the year to give a wider sense of community.
Your Impressions
It can vary a lot depending on the tasks at hand at any point in the year. Overall, I would say it was an enjoyable experience.
