Overview
Working closely with my line manager to assist them with daily task, all while gaining real world experience and exposure. I am given the chance to work independently and problem solve using the skills I have learnt at university.
Skills
I have undergone a plethora of training programmes which are relevant to the stream of work which I am in, all specific to aid my growth. I have developed my IT skills, had training in soft skill utilisation and conversation skills as well as developing my personal skills such as time management and organisational.
Responsibilities
I have been given the same responsibility as any member of staff, I am treated as equal to the others and am relied on to complete my jobs as I am a crucial part of the team.
Support & Guidance
I was given daily check ins, weekly phone calls and was given a buddy with whom I would talk to daily to help me with tasks and if I was ever confused or needed guidance.
Culture
Friendly and helpful, there is a real sense of family here
