Overview
My day to day role consisted of reviewing the revenue, and how to drive revenue. Ways to manage employees. Customer service with customers ensuring a quality service is maintained. I would also make sure I would also do some problem solving and account visiting to maintain some healthy relationships with partners and local business which we work with.
Skills
I have learnt skills on how to drive revenue, how to delegate tasks to employees, how to present my ideas to the group and employees .
Responsibilities
I was given full responsibility during my placement which meant I had the opportunity to make changes and apply my ideas. This also meant I was able to manage my tasks and employees and learn new parts of the business.
Support & Guidance
I received full guidance from my Branch manager, colleagues, Area manager and City manager. This meant I was well informed on decisions needed to make and I never felt alone.
Culture
The company culture and atmosphere was great we had great company days out, we also have food nights out and loads of special events which I have enjoyed. It was a great culture to be apart of and I would definitely recommended this to anyone who would love a great culture.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my placement to the full extent. I have made friends with many colleagues as well as managers. I have seen many progressions within the company which is something exciting because it’s something I look forward to when I return after I finish university. There isn’t enough words to describe this.
Yes
The advice I would give to anybody applying to work at enterprise is that they’re a diverse company which are inclusive to all types of people. There are many things you can get involved in to help drive the things that mean the most to you. You are guided and helped and also rewarded well for your hard work.
