Overview
Within a day to day at enterprise you will be helping to manage all aspects of the business. Within this you have vehicle logistics management, safety audits, managing accounts and payments, reviewing statements sheets, marketing with local corporate accounts. Throughout the day you can also be out delivering and collecting vehicles from other branches and some of your local accounts.
Skills
Throughout the year I have developed my skills in running a business and managing customers. As well as this, I have had a slight experience of managing staff within the business. I have become comfortable with a couple of new software systems that enterprise uses and feel okay jumping onto any type of software system now.
Responsibilities
Lots of responsibility. Staff can be in different places at different times when there is changes within the day so you can be left with a large responsibility but it will never be anything that you are uncomfortable with doing
Support & Guidance
Throughout the placement i receive lots of guidance from my area manager and also the branch managers
Culture
Atmosphere of the company is very lively with a lot of people chasing promotions all around
