Overview
Serving customers into vehicles, picking customers up to bring into the branch. Answering and dialling phones to insurance and retail customers. Providing quality customers service to customers everyday
Skills
Learnt how to provide great customers service. Develop driving skills. Time management skills have improved
Responsibilities
I was treated as a normal employee there was no difference between interns and graduates apart from salary
Support & Guidance
Support systems are okay always have knowledge of where to go if you need help. Some managers guidance is better than others
Culture
The company advertises itself as a fun place to work and at times it can be however majority of the time you are working long hours. They do have fun competitions and prizes throughout the year
Your Impressions
When joining the company you aren’t told about the random finishing hours making it hard for a social life. Random branch allocation means you can be working Saturdays and Sundays. The people you work with are the best part of the job everyone’s really open and friendly. They employ some great people to work with and can make Great friends

Make sure you are interested in a customer facing job, be ready to work long days. You can make good money on top of your wage from bonuses.
