Overview
On a day to day basis I provide a excellent customer service while providing cars for customers, work in a sales environment and I have exposure to marketing and corporate business. I also work towards completing my training plan between completing admin and serving customers, which has helped me develop my time management.
Skills
Time management skills, as I have been able to become more organised and proactive in order to get everything completed. I have also been able to developed my presentation skills as different competitions and tasks have required me to present, giving me much more confidence.
Responsibilities
I was able to run the fleet of cars for the day, which comes with lots of responsibilities as I was in control of what cars customers received. I had a lot of responsibility in terms of customer service as that is a huge part of the business.
Support & Guidance
I had lots of support from my manager and also from colleagues around me.
Culture
The atmosphere in the branch was really friendly and had a strong culture of inclusion.
