Overview
Keeping vehicles up to date with maintenance Providing excellent customer service Working with branches to provide customers with suitable vehicles
Skills
Confidence; I have attended multiple events and networked with new and existing interns, and management Project management; came up with a business idea that aligns with the 4 core areas of Enterprise, did mock presentations with top management and mentor. Time management; creating to do lists which lists importance of tasks. Enterprise is a very fast paced environment so time management is crucial which I have developed through my placement at Enterprise. These transferable skills are crucial for future career improvements.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given the same responsibility as full time employees who had been working at Enterprise for a long time. For example, I was in charge of end of day pack which consisted of following up with customers regarding vehicle switches, speaking to new customers and making sure that they knew who would be delivering their vehicle and who to contact.
Support & Guidance
I received plenty of guidance, as I was assigned a mentor who understood my learning difficulties and was happy to help me and show me new ways of managing situations. Enterprise offered monthly teams meetings with department heads for revision for the MQI ( management qualification Interview). I spoke to someone who implemented new strategies for managing my dyslexia.
Culture
Everyone was ambitious and willing to put in the time & work to achieve a higher position. Everyone starts at the same level and works to a higher position
