Overview
The main focus on the role is for sales, there are targets that you have to hit and can get rewards if you do. You also need to collect and deliver cars from customers. You are also given a captaincy role where you will be in charge of managing an aspect of the business.
Skills
I have learnt how to sell to different types of customers. How to develop my network and manage aspects of a company. My customer service has also massively increased as you are constantly dealing with customers .
Responsibilities
Lots most importantly was with the captaincy where I was in charge of making sure all vehicles were repaired and serviced as quick as possible.

Lots of support from management, peers and area managers.
Culture
Very good lots of events on to meet your colleagues out of work.
