Overview
Training and meeting several members of the team and the floor. Getting to know what everyone does and helping out with tasks. 3 day induction day to further help us familiarise with the work and team.
Skills
Communication and networking as we have been meeting a lot of different people from different levels of seniority.
Business Insight
Increased commercial awareness and understanding how the market is evolving and how future jobs may look like. Also helpful to gain insight into what areas we might go into in the future.
Culture
Great and as expected. Everyone was and is friendly and very approachable.
Your Impressions
It was many presentations but they were fun and we learned a lot during them and we were made to feel very welcome.
