Overview
Day to day is serving customers, managing relationships with body shops, delivering the cars to customers and businesses and picking up customers. Calling every customer to get them ready for the collection of the car. And then if a car returns we check it thoroughly, to see if there is any damage.
Skills
I have really developed my confidence and I’ve improved my computer skills as well.
Responsibilities
You are given a huge amount of responsibility and it’s always good as you learn as you go and it makes you develop great skills for your future.
Support & Guidance
I had a lot of support from my managers but again it does depend on who your manager is but generally there was a good amount of support.
Culture
The atmosphere is great, there is a real sense of team work and you work with like minded people.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my placement I met the best people and will look back with fond memories.
