Overview
As a management trainee there was a vast amount of experience to offer ranging across all departments. There was a lot of responsibility towards customer service and daily rental but it was important to get to grasps with other areas such as vehicle repairs, growth, replacement and risk. On a day to day basis it was important we looked after customers to make their experience is as enjoyable and efficient as it can be.
Skills
My confidence has massively increased allowing me to develop across all areas.
Responsibilities
A considerable amount of delegation allowed for the feeling of responsibility which motivated me a noticeable amount down to feeling like I have a purpose at work.
Support & Guidance
I very good amount as there is a huge support network from peers to managers to head of departments.
Culture
Allowed me to have a very enjoyable year from charity football matches to nights out. Very good social culture.
