Overview
I would highly recommend working at Enterprise as it has enabled me to develop skills such as communication, team working and leadership. Enterprise reward for hard work and for being naturally good at your job so be prepared to put in the work to be able to reach your peak performance at Enterprise. There are multiple opportunities within the company to get involved in charity events, women in rental events and much, much more. Overall I would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone who is looking to make the most out of their placement year.
Skills
I have learnt and developed many new skills such as communication, leadership, team working and time management skills. Enterprise give you multiple opportunities to develop your skills such a presenting in front of others and team building skills.
Responsibilities
I was given the same responsibility as the management trainees and not treated like an intern.
Support & Guidance
I received lots of support and guidance from fellow trainees and managers.
Culture
The atmosphere for myself was amazing as I got along with everyone that I worked with.

I really enjoyed my internship as everyday was different and the team that I worked with was amazing.
