Responsibilities
Yes as my knowledge grew i was trusted with more tasks and projects, once i felt comfortable with knowledge i was responsible for multiple tasks.
Support & Guidance
I was very lucky with my line manager as she was very supportive and we got along so well, she put my development and feelings first. She ensured i got as much out of my placement as the company got from me. The support through the whole business was alot more than i expected from a big organisation to be honest.
Culture
The office environment was very nice, everyone says hello and that really caught me off guard when i first joined. Its like a large family environment and i see why Collins is so well at retaining staff.
Your Impressions
i thoroughly enjoyed my placement over the past year, the first 6 months were alot of learning but after that mark it was easy to feel relaxed and enjoy my time. I look forward to enrolling on the graduate scheme here.
