Overview
Day to day my job involved checking customers in and out, admin work and delivering and collecting cars. Moreover, I was in change of insurance booking so my role involved tracking and managing those.

Responsibilities
Yes once I had developed my understand at the company I was put in charge of insurance bookings. This meant it was my job to ensure all insurance customers were booked in and track and manage this to help the performance of my team.
Support & Guidance
I had lots of support from my team and my managers. Somewhere was always there is I needed help and I had regular one-to-ones with my managers.
Culture
It was very welcoming and friendly. Day to day I felt comfortable in my role with a strong and motivating team around me who I could have fun with whilst also pushing each other to the best of our abilities.

I enjoyed day to day with my colleagues however the hours are very long and tiring

I would let them know it is a good place to develop there skills and there is lots of opportunities for learning however the hours are very long/unsocial
