Overview
To support operations (Airport and Train Station branches) across European corporate countries. Developing and working on projects to enhance operational excellence and customer service.
Skills
Learnt project management skills and enhanced my communication skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, my managers granted me autonomy and delegated tasks for me to take on challenges and grow by pushing me out of my comfort zone. This really helped both my career and personal growth.
Support & Guidance
Quite a low, support form not only my line managers but also colleagues and Talent Development/ HR teams.
Culture
Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Very supportive and inspirational. Overall a very positive environment and beneficial for an intern's growth
Your Impressions
Enjoyed it a lot. Grew a lot both career-wise and personally. Outside of work, also made a lot of good memories and had a great time with the team/ members of the company.
