    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • This role was split across two sub-teams within the immigration team. One team supports with visa applications for potential employees joining the firm who need a visa to work in the UK and the other team supports visa extensions and switches for employees who are already with the firm. On a day-to-day basis, I would manage any queries that came into the shared inboxes that I was responsible for and also carry out Right to Work checks.
