    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • Most days were spent on desks with my trainer where I would complete tasks typical of a trainee. This included a research tasks in a tech startup, billings and pro-bono tasks. These tasks required attention to detail, organisation and analytical thinking.

    • Attention to detail during tasks set my trainer was essential. Equally, during the group challenge, the ability to collaborate and handle different personality types was important.

    • Far more relaxed than I expected. Associates seemed supportive and were willing to give me their time.
