Overview
I respond to employee queries via ticket and email. I support with recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
Skills
I have learnt how to communicate more effectively in speaking to employees in-person but also via email correspondence
Responsibilities
Yes - I was given the opportunity to lead on certain HR based projects which was a huge responsibility.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support and guidance from my colleagues in my team, another HR team, and from other Interns I was working with
Culture
The company culture was very positive and supportive. The general atmosphere was also great, even in times of stress or difficult situations.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my placement thoroughly, I received a lot of opportunities above and beyond what I expected, and the colleagues I had the pleasure of working with were incredibly supportive also.
