Overview
It was a two-seat vacation scheme, where you spent two weeks in one seat and one week in the other. The daily tasks depend much on the seat, it can be document review, doing research notes, drafting emails to clients... Apart from that, there were lots of events to get to know the firm better and networking opportunities.
Skills
Social skills - collaboration, team work, talking to different people. Organisation - time management.
Business Insight
The scheme was great to really understand the future steps in a law career path and also get a taste of the type of work involved.
Culture
The culture was really nice and welcoming, everyone was open and happy to help with any doubt you had. I really felt comfortable in the three weeks and really welcomed.
