Overview
setting up assets and copy for all retailer websites creating and setting up performance media ads on Meta and Youtube presenting assets and copy for approval to scientific and corporate teams

Responsibilities
Intern roles are extremely integral to the business. I have learnt so much about the business in one year and have made incredible connections with people at all levels of the business

the teams are extremely helpful, even though they have a lot of work they put people first
Culture
very supportive of expanding your role and helping you learn as much as you can take on. people are extremely busy so it can be hard to get replies a lot of the time, but they do when they can. Majority of people are very welcoming and positive
Your Impressions
It was an incredible learning opportunity. I don't think I would have had such an experience anywhere else. You are absolutely put into the middle of a massive business and shown the ropes of how to help it work. The workloads are intense and you have a lot of responsibility on your shoulders at all times, but managers are supportive and help you prioritize when needed
Yes
Prepare for a very rich experience, but you get back what you put in. Be positive, a good learner, and friendly person. Its a lot of work but the richness of the experience is absolutely worth it
