Overview
Support the Connectivity Product Section Manager with connected services testing for new vehicles and new features. Collate comparison research of the competitor’s landscape, in particular, their Digital Retail and Connected Services activity. Support Digital team for applying ‘best practice’ guidelines for content uploading and publishing of new content. Assist Digital team with Pan European content translations through our suppliers to publish on a timely manner supporting the needs of our European branches. Support with the creation of regular customer surveys on the Digital platform (European websites) to understand various customer engagements. Manage the A/B testing function on the Digital Platform to support improvements to the customer journey. Generate regular reports to evaluate the customer’s High Value Behaviour on the digital platform using Google Analytics and other dashboards. Assist the Digital Retail and Digital team with any other daily activities.

I developed many skills: I learnt how to use Excel to provide weekly reports; became an expert in using My Honda+; improved my communication skills, enhanced my presentations skills
Responsibilities
Yes, providing the My Honda+ Penetration report twice a week and undertaking UAT testing for the hybrids vehicles
Support & Guidance
I struggled at the beginning of the placement as my line manager was on paternity leave. However after a couple of months, him and the rest of the team helped me a lot to be an expert in my duty tasks

the company culture is founded on the respect for one another. Everyone is available to help you and will always listen to you in order to get the best outcome of your tasks
Your Impressions
As I have never worked in an office, I was a bit reluctant on my capabilities. However, thanks to the help of my line manager and my team, I believe that it was one of the best experiences I have done in my life, and I am sure that it will definitely help me for my future career.
