Overview
Applying for LBC on behalf of clients, this includes writing heritage statements, design and access statement and scaled CAD drawings. - Building surveys and reports. - Project management and administration. - Specifications of work. - Refurbishments of properties. - Advising on current regulations and standards. - Advising on construction design and management regulations. - Preparation of feasibility assessments and proposals for adaptive reuse & diversification.
Skills
My Knowledge has expanded within heritage and conservation sector whilst being able to now advise on works permitted to Listed and heritage buildings.
Responsibilities
I was given Jobs of my own where I was the project manager and administrator, which enabled me to be the first point of contact for everyone in the project. I usually go on site inspections alone and able to provide my advise back to clients on their concerns or issues.

I have a very well supportive team within the Peterborough Office as well as a wider network within the company who have supported me.
