Overview
Many training and social schemes combined with shadowing my trainer.

Business Insight
Training was very good and highly interactive. Information about the scheme and the future was very transparent and fair. I would prefer if the scheme introduced the structure of the firm on the first day rather than eg social impact. Would also prefer having the substantive areas first like DCM etc as it is necessary info for the shadowing.
Culture
Friendly, professional, helpful, open. Was empty on work from home days but lively on tue and thurs.
Your Impressions
Very much enjoyed the insight. Loved that there was no competitiveness between the cohort so enabled us to become good friends.
Yes
Being friendly and nice to work with gets you more the halfway there. Attitude is more important than knowledge at this stage.
