Overview
Designing and implementing all permanent and semi-permanent Point-of-Sale marketing materials for the pharmacy & grocery channels. - Assisting in the creation and implementation of new product launch strategies, including adaptation of international display materials & advertising to the local market - Reviewing monthly sell-out data and completing performance update reports tracking launches, promotions and marketing campaigns

A good amount, i was trusted to work on jobs/campaigns with suppliers when i was fully settled in
Support & Guidance
The whole office was supportive, but in particular my line manager. She provided me with everything i needed to succeed in the role

Very fostering and inclusive. Felt like I had worked with them for years. I woudln't pick anywhere else to work if i had the chance
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my time at L'Oreal. I wasn't just treated as an intern but as a valued member of the team. I was given the necessary time to adapt and settle in and was then trusted to work on various tasks independently.
