Summer Vacation Scheme Review

My supervisors always kept me highly involved in day-to-day interactions with clients, including client calls and meets. I researched in the areas of corporate law and arbitration. I also attended in-person arbitration for the better part of one week during my dispute seat. Drafting research notes, process lists, company resolutions, board resolutions, share subscription agreements, as well as cross-jurisdictional analysis of different arbitration laws.

Yes! I was able to develop my research as well as advocacy skills by keenly observing the senior fee-earners in the firm perform their day-to-day duties.
