Overview
My role involves negotiating lease terms with tenants and landlords. Marketing new properties and finding properties to suit our clients. Adding new requirements to our schedule to ensure we target specific occupiers on specific properties. Conducting viewings and calling specific parties to chat through their requirement for space.
Skills
Yes i have learnt many news skills during my placement as well as developing existing skills i had learnt throughout my time at university.
Responsibilities
Yes i firstly shadowed a lot to gain initial skills. but through out my placement i have had more and more responsibility handed to me, such as being put in front of clients, meeting specific deadlines.
Support & Guidance
I have had exceptional support during my placement year, from my team, office colleagues and wider graduate team/ savills.
Culture
Company couture at Savills is fantastic, there are many events to get involved in, many campaigns and speeding awareness e.g. prime month was great there were serval activities put on such as teams talks, 5k rainbow laces run, and so much more promotion over savills networks. the atmosphere is empowering.

Be yourself during interviews, its ok to show some personality to stand out from the crowd! Work hard and put in the effort.
