I really appreciated the amount of time people took to talk to me about their careers and potential roles available and the various support that you receive to progress your career at DLA Piper.
Culture
I can genuinely say the company culture is extremely positive, encouraging and open. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and approachable. The culture created an environment that I would actively want to work in and not be afraid to ask questions and progress professionally.
