Overview
PO Management: Raise POs for Marketing and PR across L'Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase and Redken - Manage GRN and tracking in brand PPPs Advocacy Reporting: Work on monthly MIM reports that capture PPD views, engagements, mentions and influencers - Pull regular Traackr sweeps on existing and potential influencers to work with - Create campaigns on Traackr for all influencer activity (send outs, content creation, events etc) - Create Weekly Insights to report new trends, competitor activity and scandals in the industry. NCOs: Place orders on NCO sharepoint for products. This product would be used for: restock, PR send outs, event purposes etc

Responsibilities
Yes. It was challenging however, it was a great environment to be exposed to in order to develop personally and professionally. I managed the budgets for each brand in our division, ensuring alll suppliers got paid in a timely manner
Support & Guidance
I received support and guidance from everyone in L'Oreal. I had weekly check ins with my line manager. I was always reminded that I could go to anyon eon the team if I had issues with a task piece of work. There was always someone to reach out to
Culture
In general, the atmosphere was very uplifting and encouraging. There is a very positive company culture in L'Oreal and that translates in all employees
