Overview
My role involved helping the e-commerce team with various product launches that we had across the Kerastase brand. It also involved weekly sellout notes showcasing the overall data of the brand and competition analysis.
Skills
I have learnt a lot of important marketing skills like advanced excel, Photoshop, how to build a full funnel marketing approach and CRM drive as well. I also learnt interpersonal skills and improved my network.
Responsibilities
Yes I was given the opportunity to lead an entire launch of a Discovery Sets project on the brand from start to present and present my entire strategy with execution and results as well.
Support & Guidance
I received a great deal of support from my managers and the early careers team provided a lot of opportunities to upskill ourselves in various aspects of the business.

People are super friendly in the company and always eager to help and offer advice to anyone.
