The Role
It was the best placement I had done throughout the summer so far.
I was introduced to all the members of my department, and each person made an effort to ensure I had interesting work to do throughout the placement.
I was always given precise guidance before starting a task, support throughout and feedback upon completion.
I always had an ongoing task, therefore was able to do this when urgent work was not present.
A great deal more than I expected as an intern!
All the work I undertook was standard trainee work, and therefore will significantly assist me when I begin my training contract.
The Company
There was a great balance between people getting on with their work, whilst enjoying each other's company at the same time.
The placement was extremely well organised.
My personal development has been significant from the feedback I was given through the tasks.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
We are yet to receive feedback on the assessment.
The Culture
There were a number of social lunches/evenings organised.
Relatively standard.
Commuted from home, and therefore didn't experience it much.
Socials and Events.
