Skills
Yes: - Excel - PowerPoint - Outlook -written communication.
Responsibilities
Yes, Interns run the company.
Support & Guidance
Extremly limited, Learning's are available however they are not role specific. Even though they make an insane amount of money form churning out 150 interns every 12 months, although not explicitly said, Interns are expected to know or "Google It" with 4 day handover where half of it is spent in "Training" which is essential Cooperate propaganda about LO'real. However the positive is that experiencing that makes you fell like you can survive any-where .It also taches you how to navigate the cooperate environment and bad managers.
Culture
Good but depends on the division.
Your Impressions
Great experience and growth.
Yes
Be intentional about what you want when complaining the assent centre ie if you want to be in Marketing, dont talk as much about Visual Merchandising or digital . and this is more of a data role than you think. They only take 12 out of the150 interns for the grad scheme, 3 for Marketing/Digital Grad, 3 for Supply-Chain Grad, 3 for Commercial and 3 for Business Devlopment Planning Grad. The rest External. You can only apply for that or Talent track, Not both. Talent-track is where they treat you like an internal candidate when new roles become available but they only keep you on that for 2 years. So keep that in mind when applying.
