Overview
Overview of the role: Providing a range of HR Support. Day-to-day tasks include: Recruitment - Posting job ads on LinkedIn, Shortlisting LinkedIn applicants, Arranging interviews, recruiting trainees. Onboarding new employees - Setting up new starters on Renault systems.
Skills
I have developed both hard and soft skills throughout the year. Both my written and verbal communication skills have greatly improved as well as my more technical skills, such as Excel.
Responsibilities
I was given lots of responsibility and given to autonomy to fully manage and take ownership of projects
Support & Guidance
I was consistently provided with guidance throughout my placement year, including regular catch-ups with my line manager and wider team.
Culture
Renault has a great company culture, there is a relaxed and open atmosphere around the office.
