  • Overview of the role: Providing a range of HR Support. Day-to-day tasks include: Recruitment - Posting job ads on LinkedIn, Shortlisting LinkedIn applicants, Arranging interviews, recruiting trainees. Onboarding new employees - Setting up new starters on Renault systems.

  • I have developed both hard and soft skills throughout the year. Both my written and verbal communication skills have greatly improved as well as my more technical skills, such as Excel.
