    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Reporting to the Senior Online Brand Manager and the Assistant Online Brand Manager. Supporting with go to market launch planning, brand strategy building and in market campaign activations. Playing a pivotal role in contributing to the growth of eCom channel, working closely with cross functional teams, e.g. commercial, product marketing, supply planning and finance to gain a comprehensive understanding of the marketing matrix. On a daily basis, being the first point of contact for all Redken & Pureology eCom related requests and processes

  • Yes, skills gained: - Digital marketing: using creativity combined with data analysis to help inform eCom strategy - Attention to detail: scrupulous content analysis when sharing with e-retail partners, ability to spot the latest trends and to monitor brands’ online performance - Prioritisation of tasks and time-management - Resilience: agility in business understanding and readjusting priorities when facing business challenges - Technical Skills (Microsoft Office, Photoshop, OpenText/Salsify, Vendor Central, Cosmo, NCO, DSV)
