My role focuses on optimizing customer journeys, reporting on weekly performance, providing customer insights, and spotting product-led improvements

Responsibilities
I was given responsibility during my internship to drive my own insight program, and provide the weekly reports for the team. Other tasks I worked on would feed into helping other teams.
