Responsibilities
As my placement took place during a large project launch, i was given lots of responsibility in multiple projects, including being reaponsible for the entire plant layout.
Support & Guidance
Despite joining the team during a very busy period, i was given lots of support by the colleagues in my team, who were always willing to teach and support me when needed.
Culture
The culture in FAS banbury was quite welcoming for the most part. Within my team specifically there was an extremely supportive culture where everyone cooperated as a team and would assist each other as needed. The friends I made in the ME team are ones I hope to keep in the future.
