Overview
Reporting the efficiency of the plant each day and forecasting future week plans. Doing workshops to improve operations within the plant. Using CAD to propose new layouts. Completing audits to make sure operation are being done to standard.
Skills
I have developed my excel skills and am now able to use different formulas to retrieve data accurately. My confidence has greatly improved do to doing presentations in front of the management team. My CAD skills have improved and i am much quicker at drawing layouts. I have learnt how to use SAP to pull data.
Responsibilities
I have been trusted with updating the daily and weekly reporting without having to ask for help. I am also one of the admins on mlean meaning it is my responsibly to make sure it is working for everyone. When my manager has been away, he has asked me to fill in for him.
Support & Guidance
I have had knowledgable members in my team who have been able to teach and support me. There have also been times where i have taught myself how to do certain things.
Culture
The different departments seem to work against each other and often put each other’s ideas down.
