Overview
Managing accruals, reviewing order forms form customer, quoting, managing company purchase orders, invoicing Tooling POs. Weekly commercial meeting with customer and management. Updating company products piece price. Involved in new company acquisitions.
Skills
Improved my excel and other automotive program skills. Communications skills with colleagues globally. Presentation skills. Analysis of big data and creating graphs to read data better.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given a lot of autonomy and responsibility throughout the 12 months. As I learnt more the more projects given to me to lead. By the end I was leading not only internal meetings and projects but customer meetings and projects on topics that interested. I did not feel like a student, I felt like a valuable employee, I had colleagues globally calling, emailing and messaging me in Teams with questions and for solutions to any problems or any doubt they had.
