Overview
Day to day I complete reporting on production figure and analyse the reasons for any reduced time. I work with NIS teams to controle production and assist with issue that arise. I monitor special order and work with shop floor operators to fulfil these.

Responsibilities
I have taken over responsibility of multiple customer flows and controle major processes in the plant. I have taken responsibility of other processes which I have asked for involvement that have reduced the monthly expenditure.
Support & Guidance
My team leader was helpful and was always there to help with situations that I was not familiar with, but I had a short hand over which was shared between two people and as such there was no knowledge of my daily tasks. I also had very little training on the softwares that are used and had to figure them out myself.
Culture
At the start my team was very reserved but as the year has gone in we have become very close. The shop floor are kind and the manager try to get to know you
