    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Managing warranty for multiple manufacturing plants. Analysis of reject warranty parts and working together with plant and program teams to resolve quality issues. Producing monthly warranty quality reports and reporting back to relevant teams. Support production and program teams to ensure all target and goals are achieved.

  • I was given responsibility to manage all the topics relating to my specific role and had weekly reviews with my manager to address any issues or support if required.

  • Lots of support given if actions or tasks were unclear. Weekly reviews with my manager also ensured support or advice were given to complete the task set.
