Overview
My role involves carrying out quality inspection and analysis on exhaust pipe to identify defects and using problem solving tools such as 8D and KATA QRCI to identify root cause. On a day to day basis, I use software such as SAP and MII to generate scrap report, review rejected part, inventory management, supplier notification and scrap presentation

Responsibilities
I have taken on different responsibilities as I had to step up whenever the team was busy or off-site and there was a problem in production. I had the main responsibility of painting and managing our inventory for defected parts, analysing rejected parts them using measuring equipment and sending notifications to supplier building supplier relationship
Support & Guidance
Although the team was small, everyone helped and gave me tips to better handle the taks. They guided me and showed me how to carry out the quality processes. They took their time helping me and supporting me throughout my placement
