Overview
Supporting the Medical Excellence team on various projects including congress preparation, insights generation, repository restructuring, training courses implementation, market research. Includes sending out communications, coordinating, participating in meetings, creating spreadsheets, engaging with stakeholders, project management.
Skills
Developed all my existing skills: communication, presentation, attention to detail, writing, time management, critical thinking, teamwork, organization, confidence, networking, self assurance, management. Developed new skills: Pharmaceutical industry knowledge, business strategy, onboarding, objection handling, congress preparation, career development, training, brand planning, business acumen.

Yes, and I was given responsibility at a natural gradual increased rate throughout the year.

Excellent support from my manager and the team.
Culture
The atmosphere was lovely, everyone was incredibly open and welcoming. Most people were happy to give 30 mins of their time to have a 1:1 meeting.
