Overview
CRM Communications Executive - using Salesforce to deploy end-to-end email campaigns, analyzing their results, working on ad-hoc requests from the wider business, conducting meetings to ensure team collaboration.
Skills
I have greatly developed my understanding of data-led marketing. Understanding brand tone-of-voice and brand image has also been an important skill i've developed. I have learnt how to efficiently conduct meetings with colleagues.
Responsibilities
I was given the responsibility of a manager in my team during my placement. My managers were incredibly trustworthy and gave me the room to develop as an individual. To put this responsibility into figures, I designed, built and deployed a campaign that went to 7.4 million people.
Support & Guidance
My day-to-day manager was my main support. She made it clear from the start of the placement that she was there for me and I always felt like she had my back. I was so lucky to have such a wonderful, kind and supportive manager that singlehandedly facilitated my vast development this year.
Culture
The company culture is amazing. It is a fast-paced, high-achieving environment with innovation happening constantly. I haven't met anyone who wasn't willing to have a coffee-chat (even senior leaders).
Your Impressions
I had an amazing year that has fundamentally changed my career path and outlook. The company has facilitated my not only achieving my goals and aspirations but exceeding them. I have met the most wonderful people this year in a professional and personal capacity.
