Overview
I support production through technical decisions and chair Agile Visual Management meetings, progressing to self-sufficiency with experience. I complete 8D, risk, assessments with full training. I manage CAPEX projects, involving stakeholder management, budgeting, and commissioning, handling. Using Agile planning, I set SMART objectives with guidance from the PO and Scrum Master. I contribute to new factory development, collaborate with R&D, and receive industrial-standard training alongside new engineers.

I have developed my time management, problem solving, analysing, technical skills as well as my ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
Yes i was given responsibility to handle my own projects to improve the business as well as new projects that have not been done before
Support & Guidance
I received support from my entire team throughout my whole placement. I work in cross-functional teams most of the time and those teams provide their support to me as well
Culture
The atmosphere was calm and fun to be in. I don't really understand the company culture as i dont get involved with it
