Overview
Serving customers, running the fleet, delivering and collecting cars, cleaning cars. Answering phones, using fleet systems, sales, risk problem solving

Developed communication skills, confidence and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence
Responsibilities
Yes given plenty of responsibility including being in charge of running a day , captaincy roles and controlling different parts of the business
Support & Guidance
Somewhat support what available but a lot of the time we would only concentrate on getting through the day and not progressing as effectively as you would in other job roles
Culture
Welcoming culture almost like a close knit family within enterprise. Always open to answer any questions

Enjoyed it very much especially driving the nice cars around and building strong relationships with fellow employees and customers
Yes
Would advise to put your head down and work hard to progress through the company, it is a brilliant company to work for if you can work your way out of daily rental
