    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Opening the branch, ensuring it’s presentable. Serving customers into vehicles booked, selling necessary protections/ upgrades or additional products. Delivering exceptional customer service and following the businesses growth model. Delivering vehicles to customers. Managing my own captaincy roles such as fuel and risk. Building a strong relationship with body shops and dealerships.

  • Customer service - on the phones, email. Developed my driving skills, driving different cars & vans. Customer relationship management, and account management. Developing my organisational and teamwork skills.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • I was able to manage the operations of the branch several times and do it successfully which allowed me to grow my confidence and manage fleet, colleagues and customers. I was also given responsibility of managing different sectors of the business, such as yellow car conversions, fuel, risk and growth.

  • The training development programme is superb, with support from my mentor, which involved regular meetings tracking my progress and development. Regular development sessions with the talent acquisition team, which allows you to gain more knowledge and MQI

  • Enterprise is a very fun and friendly environment to work in, at work we have a laugh, and it’s a very positive atmosphere.
